Preceded by a Chinese portico, this garden has successively been a test garden for tropical plants, a zoo for the 1907 Colonial Exhibition, and a memorial for soldiers from former colonies. The garden, acquired in 2003 by the Parisian authorities, has the atmosphere of an abandoned palace, which makes it all the more charming.
