As well as If, made famous by Alexandre Dumas, the Frioul archipelago has two other islands linked by Frioul Port: Ratonneau and Pomègues. Pathways lead you to some pretty inlets, such as the Calanque St Estève with its fine sand and pebble beach. The path skirting around it leads to the Hôpital Caroline (early 19C), a former quarantine centre.
