Jean-Baptiste Ascione, a former Top Chef contestant, dreamed of opening his own restaurant. Now he has done so in this cosy space (oak floorboards, sanded wooden tables, bistro chairs etc), which celebrates the joys of breaking bread together, by drawing on fine terroir produce and the traditional culinary repertoire.
