This place appeals as much for its arty "canteen" vibe as it does for its dishes, which showcase a fresh and tasty take on market-inspired cuisine, as in the long-braised beef chuck served on a fine broccoli purée. Bear in mind, though, that the only way to reserve is to show up at the restaurant.
