The Mbenda brothers have moved their Orphéon to the Maison Mongrand, near Marseille’s courthouse. Hugues regales diners with seasonal recipes of his own invention, jazzed up with exotic touches (baobab, plantain banana), while Éric pampers guests in the dining room.
