This elegant contemporary restaurant perfectly reflects the spirit of Breton chef Bastien Djait. After a MICHELIN-star-studded run in Paris, he now expresses himself through lovely inspired dishes: green lentils with sweet onion; cod with cod's head and sea vegetables; poultry, corn and camelina. Respect for the raw ingredient is a golden rule, and the chef only works with French produce - except for the coffee. Attentive service.
