Opinião do Guia Michelin
The concept at this restaurant in the Eixample has a certain charm, as it combines high-level techniques with a casual and fun atmosphere. Inside, dominated by a large bar where guests can sit (with all the culinary creations taking shape on the other side) and a dining room with three tables, chef Oliver Peña champions a modern take on traditional Catalan cuisine, reimagined through his own lens. You can order à la carte (the menu changes constantly with the seasons, and features unique sections: snacks, breads, and little treats, cold dishes… or what they call ‘Alambres’ (a reference to the brochettes that go over the embers) or through a tasting menu. Don’t miss the delicious Choux Toro, the Catalan-style chicken mochi, or the Coca de civet (Catalan flatbread with slow-cooked game)!
