Café Chaulet is Guadeloupe's main coffee brand, and the driving force behind this museum, where visitors can follow the history of coffee on the island since its introduction in 1720. The process of grain selection and the different stages of processing - from picking to roasting - are very well explained. The visit ends with a tasting and a lovely shop (coffees, spices, chocolate, jams etc).
