The former collegiate church cuts an impressive figure with its splendid bell tower typical of the Limousin Romanesque. The tower is 52m high and stands on a porch that is open on both sides and has remarkable capitals. The tower has a square floor plan and four storeys, with two recessed floors on an octagonal plan above. There is lovely arcading on each floor, and a 12C stone spire adds to the overall elegance. The sanctuary houses the relics and sarcophagus of St Leonard.
