Two trails are signposted and dotted with boards giving information on the geology and the flora of these ochre-coloured hills (holm and white oaks, juniper bushes etc), as well as the ochre extraction that takes place here. The paths pass through amazing landscapes formed by old quarries, where both human activity and erosion have sculpted the "fairy chimneys" above the famous Giants' Causeway.
