Thanks to several interactive exhibits, the fascinating Exploris Aquarium explains the complexity of marine life in the Irish Sea and Strangford Lough, where the wildlife lives in tune with the tides that displace some 400 million litres of water four times a day. The highlight of the centre is the open-air aquarium where the fish can be seen darting in and out of an underwater cave.
