Like a sailor at the prow of a ship, you will enjoy a fantastic view of the sea stretching out over the horizon. The aptly named wharf of the Flying hat ("Rauba Capeu" in the local dialect) has been admirably appointed. Entranced by the view of the Bay of Angels, Raoul Dufy painted it from his bedroom at Hotel Suisse, creating one of his finest works Open window, Nice (around 1929, property of the MoMa).
