Since 2007, an artistic trail along the Loire estuary invites the walker to take a new look at this landscape and its environment. Internationally acclaimed artists are showcased and some thirty or so works are exhibited from Nantes to Saint Nazaire, amid industrial buildings and protected natural zones. These works, which include the House in the Loire by Jean-Luc Courcout or the Ocean snake by Huang Yong Ping, can be admired by boat, on foot or by bicycle.
