From the middle of the square there is an unusual view of the façade of the church, San Miguel. It is worth taking time to stroll through the neighbouring streets, particularly Calle del Cordón in the direction of Calle de Segovia. There you will see the church tower of San Pedro, the sole example in Madrid of Mudejar art, Muslim art practised on behalf of Christians.
