Sabatini designed the façade of this circular church, which boasts a 33m-diameter dome (larger than that of Les Invalides in Paris). Inside, six chapels, each with a little dome, are richly decorated with frescoes, including one by a young Goya (1781). There are also fine Gothic stalls in the chancel.
