Used as a location for several historical films (including Tess and Chouans!), with its Renaissance granite houses, an old well, huge church and pretty chapel, the square embodies the town, which was classified as a "Monument Historique" in 1936. Elegant residences line the neighbouring streets (rue Lann, rue Moal, rue St-Maurice).
