Housed in a Louis XVI-style building that was built for the Liège World Fair in 1905, La Boverie Museum opened in 2016. In spaces redesigned by Rudy Ricciotti, every year the museum organises an international-scale exhibition; it also houses the collections of the Fine Arts Museum of Liège, where the great masters of European painting are exhibited. The vast collection of the Cabinet des Estampes et des Dessins and the 3 000 contemporary posters are presented in rotation.
