Opinião do Guia Michelin
It is in this immense and majestic valley, deeply widened and cleared by ancient glaciers, that the knight of Bayard took up arms for the first time. The Grésivaudan, the junction between the respective cluses of Chambéry and Grenoble, is nowadays an outpost of the two regional metropolises, which are an extension of their urban space. Divided by the River Isère into two distinct regions, the Grésivaudan lies between the Chartreuse massif to the west and the slopes of Belledonne mountains to the east.
