MOCAK is a great space - covering 10 000m² - dedicated to contemporary art. The architects, Claudio Nardi and Leonard Maria Proli, have put to good use six existing buildings on the former site of the Emalia factory (run by Oskar Schindler) and added another building. The permanent collections mostly cover works by Polish artists, young ones in particular. The museum also presents temporary exhibitions and has a good bookstore and pleasant café.
