This museum is devoted to one of the main resources of Kesennuma fishing harbour: shark, whose fins are exported to China. Detailed information is provided (Japanese only) about this fascinating species, illustrated by photos and models (impressive reproduction of a great white shark). One room of the museum is set aside for testimonials and documents about the terrible tsunami that devastated the region on 11 March 2011.
