Some capitals of the Romanesque portal of the church, Église Sainte Croix, are decorated with pelicans and two-tailed mermaids, a Lombard-inspired motif. Note the magnificent altarpiece by Jean Bongartz (1518) depicting the Crucifixion and scenes from the Passion. On the back, the paintings (17C) portray the Discovery and the Exaltation of the Holy Cross. The north aisle of the church houses a 1514 Holy Sepulchre by Jacques Wirt.
