On the approach to the Scilly Isles, enjoy superb views of the islands and their rocky outcrops dotted across the blue-green sea. This windswept archipelago is a listed site of outstanding natural beauty. Its waters are a maritime reserve managed by an environmental association in collaboration with the Duchy of Cornwall. The islands are also home to the remains of around 50 megalithic tombs dating from the Bronze Age.
