This Premonstratensian abbey, founded in 1129, lies in a lake area. Existing buildings date from the 16C-18C. A series of dilapidated porches lead past a watermill and a farmhouse, to the prelacy courtyard, which is guarded by two stone lions. Inside, note the ceilings of the refectory and library (17C). The Romanesque church was remodelled in 1729. Its Baroque interior houses paintings by P-J Verhagen.
