A landscape of grassland grazed by horses and sheep in stone-walled fields, dry slopes of clumpy vegetation, and villages proudly brandishing their coats of arms and inhabitants attached to their traditions. You can only be in the valleys of the Baztan and La Bidassoa. The latter runs into the granite slopes of the narrow Endarlaza gorge, after crossing the foothills of the Pyrénées-Atlantiques.
