Now the Fabrique des Savoirs, the former Blin & Blin textile factories, located on Îlot Gambetta, have been turned into the Elbeuf cultural and education centre. It is home to the Architecture and Heritage Interpretation Centre and the town archives. This enables the locality to be considered through different prisms: nature, archaeology and industry, thanks to the museum; heritage and architecture for the CIAP; history, thanks to the archives.
