This 16C castle with a semi-defensive appearance, standing on a hill overlooking the Plaine de France and hidden in the middle of woods, has preserved the refined decor of its apartments. It is home to the fabulous collections of decorative arts from the Musée National de la Renaissance, the only museum in France dedicated to this period. The façades of the château have been restored to their former glory after five years of renovation work.
