Jumeirah Beach Park is a pleasant municipal park by the sea, even if there is an entry fee. (One day a week it is reserved for women and children.) It is a great spot for playing volleyball, having a picnic, lying on the beach or going for a paddle. The white sandy beach is watched over by lifeguards.
