The Ethnographic Museum is housed in a handsome stately home, to the rear of a garden. The first floor recreates a wealthy 19C home, with furniture and headdresses and Belle-Époque costumes. The second floor is devoted to fabric, embroidery (looms, clogs...), jewellery and kukeri (Bulgarian folklore characters) costumes, which provide an insight into the wealth of the country's folk culture. Temporary exhibitions are staged in the hall.
