Three rooms make up the apartment that Franz Liszt lived in for the last five years of his life, when he regularly came to spend the winter in Budapest. The apartment is largely unchanged, offering an insight into the life of this great musician who had already become famous in his lifetime. The bedroom, office and concert hall have retained some of his personal belongings. In the lounge, note the Bösendorfer piano, the artist's favourite instrument.
