The road along the strikingly white, bare cliff offers fine views of Bonifacio and the Cagna mountain from the bend just before the lighthouse. After the lighthouse, continue on foot along the road which winds its way through the maquis before arriving at Pertusato lighthouse. A footpath runs around the lighthouse, offering panoramic views of Cavallo island to the east, plus the Lavezzi islands, Italian island of Maddalena and the Sardinian coastline forming a backdrop on the horizon.
