Dating from 1904, this building, a symbol of the town's industrial wealth, features a Modernist-style façade adorned with fine balconies. Images of elegant dancers can be seen at the attic level. The main hall is accessed via a corridor with a coloured glass roof, while a second room, circular in shape, is crowned with a stained-glass cupola. The beautiful decor and slightly old-fashioned atmosphere of this building give it a charming feel. The Casa del Pavo (1908) next door is another example of Modernist architecture.
