This mountain range, with its limestone and granite relief, has an isolated ridge that runs from east to west. The central part of the massif is covered by the century-old fir trees of the Cagna forest. The Punta d'Ovace (1 340m), the highest point, is home to the famous Uomo di Cagna, an remarkable spherical rock balanced on a granite shard. Go on an excursion into the heart of the mountains to enjoy the superb views of the granite chaos and the valley.
