The chef and his wife wanted to break with classic restaurant codes and welcome people into their home, table d'hôte style. The gamble has paid off, with this wonderful place. In the dishes, the lovely contemporary cuisine blends local ingredients with others from further afield. Solicitous service, discreet and friendly. Two nicely decorated guestrooms on the first floor, for those who do not want to get back on the road immediately – and we can understand why they might be reluctant to leave.
