The gourmet table of the Château de Montcaud is the handiwork of talented chef, Matthieu Hervé. His turf and surf cuisine features a voluntarily regional slant. Elegant, meticulous and beautifully crafted dishes. The Normandy-born chef slips in the occasional playful tribute to his roots, in the form of apples and cider, notwithstanding his taste for Mediterranean recipes. Abundance is the watchword here.
