In Yasmine and Yoshi's living room-style restaurant, photographs on the walls give a glimpse into their past, and an open fireplace lends the place a cosy feel. In both the set menu and the repertoire of à la carte classics, the freshness of the ingredients stands out. The two chefs are as creative with textures as they are with their intensely flavoursome sauces. For instance, they bring out all the facets of raspberry and yoghurt, combined with a cake soaked in Amaretto, to create a dazzling dessert.
