One tip at the outset: be sure to reserve in good time – this restaurant always gets booked up, so it's hard to get a table! The clue is in the name: the cuisine takes its cue from what the market has to offer, dispensing with meat and fish. Diners can look forward to a vegetarian surprise menu made up of four to eight courses. There is also a lunch menu available on the penultimate Friday of every month.
