Laurent Azoulay has embarked on a new culinary adventure in this village in northern Vaucluse since June 2020. The veteran owner chef, currently of the star EKrin at Méribel, whisks up provençal fare in a locally sourced bistro register. The flavoursome, flawlessly executed repertory is rich in character and some of the dishes are cooked in the wood-burning oven of the open kitchen. Meals are served in a contemporary bistro setting, or, in fine weather, on the shaded terrace on the village square.
