We have no doubt that this Table is THE gastronomic venue of the area. Two plush, stylish dining rooms with two equally swish patios, elegantly laid tables, and above all, an enthusiastic, exuberant chef, Christophe Ducros. His balanced, unequivocal dishes are pure-bred southern in inspiration and heritage. For example, his famous Costières pigeon, roasted whole; biscuit of Mediterranean seabass and bourride (fish, seafood and garlic); different textures of pears/hazelnuts, with bergamot as a guiding thread… The overriding coherence is crystal clear. Seated on a patio, shaded by a linden tree, you will be able to savour every instant of this gourmet escapade to the fill.
