This former foundry, which has retained its atmosphere, is set in a bucolic hamlet on the banks of the Étang d'Uza. One section has been completely restored and turned into this pleasant restaurant. The interior features workshop-style windows, rust-coloured tiling and black and coral seats, and is extended by a terrace overlooking the lake. The chef, armed with strong technical skills acquired at Auberge du Prieuré in Moirax, delivers creative cuisine based on an appetising à la carte menu: glazed confit aubergine, cocoa, smoked eel, seaweed and dashi; whiting meunière confit with hazelnut butter, grenobloise garnish, parsley and mushrooms.
