Although the word “Vapor” (the Spanish for “steam”) automatically brings to mind the world of gastronomy, it is also used here to pay tribute to the unusual industrial revolution that took place in Terrassa in the 19C, transforming its textile industry and leading to the town’s reputation as “the town of steam engines”. The simple dining room features an open-view kitchen, plus a menu offering updated traditional cuisine, where grilled dishes are the real stars of the show. Wherever possible, the focus here is on locally produced and “zero-miles” ingredients.
