The two cornerstones of this chef’s philosophy are zero-mile produce and seasonality. Passionate about aromatic herbs, Ciro Sicignano tends his own garden not far from the restaurant. His dishes showcase the abundance of this region that has few equals when it comes to its variety of ingredients. It’s difficult to imagine a more romantic setting in fine weather than the terrace here with its soft light and stunning views. Interesting choice of regional wines, including many also available by the glass.
