Given its location in the 18C One Shot Palacio Conde de Torrejón hotel, this restaurant in Seville’s historic centre is easy to find. The restaurant, which has its own entrance to the side of the building and has its main dining room on a covered patio, is run by a chef who prepares traditional cuisine with a contemporary touch. Most of the dishes, available either à la carte or on an interesting tasting menu (prior booking is required for the latter), feature Iberian pork from the Sierra de Huelva, and excellent beef and wild game.
