Further to its recent makeover, Ikarus is more stylish than ever. Set inside the architecturally spectacular Hangar-7, which also houses a fascinating exhibition of aeroplanes, helicopters and racing cars, the restaurant combines modern elegance and high-tech flair. The decor is upscale and minimalist with a colour scheme of grey and black. The new glass-enclosed wine climate cabinet immediately draws the eye, dark flooring and leather-upholstered tables add a touch of sophistication, and the striking lights in the ceiling produce a soothing, soft glow. The whole space radiates a sense of calm, intentionally directing attention to the cuisine. Each month, a different internationally renowned chef takes centre stage, presenting a new set menu. Alternatively, you can opt for the "Ikarus" set menu or its vegetarian counterpart. Tip: Should you wish to dine on the lovely small terrace overlooking the hangar, be sure to specify this when making your reservation. At night, the hangar's colourful lighting creates a stunning effect.
