The brainchild of René and Maxime Meilleur, authentic Savoie produce takes the limelight in this pure-bred alpine establishment, decked in raw wood and cow bells with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the mountains. On the menu are baked trout, Reblochon fondue, cold cuts and cheeses from the region, blueberry tart, or rabbit cooked in mustard, tarragon with creamy polenta. Even better, you can ski right up to the doorstep!
