Housed in the pretty 17C vaulted room of an old wheat mill, this restaurant would have gone down well with Rabelais's insatiable Gargantua! Enjoy the tasty seasonal dishes that are meticulously prepared (the menu changes several times a week). This place is located in the immediate vicinity of Saint-Chamas's Poudrerie – the black powder mill founded in 1690. History, literature, good food: what more could you ask for?
