With its colourful contemporary style, this recently renovated restaurant near Toulouse is a pleasant and relaxing location. Chef David Biasibetti builds several courses into a surprise set menu showcasing his lovely contemporary cuisine – think monkfish with spinach and watercress, or a surf and turf combination of scallops and pig's ears. Here, seasonal ingredients are elevated by means of careful presentation.
