Not far from Mulhouse, this welcoming former post house (1850) occupies an imposing traditional Alsatian building in the heart of the village. In an elegant, spacious dining room strewn with period details (exposed stones and beams, wood panelling and a stained-glass door), the contemporary menu offers the likes of spaghetti squash, egg cooked to 64°, hazelnuts and bleu d’Auvergne cheese, or medallion of roe deer, celery, wild mushrooms and vanilla-scented game jus.
