Ring the bell and enter this friendly eatery, taking a seat in the lovely sitting room for a drink as you admire the lush green garden. Chef Kristof Timmermans and sommelier Tijs Coessens have pooled their joint talents to create a customised experience. After the host’s insightful explanations, we immediately noticed that everything is cooked to order. The chef’s skill can be tasted in the spot-on cooking and fascinating side dishes, for example, as oxalis and a sweet-sour cream of chickpeas add whoomph to langoustine.
