As soon as you enter this hotel-restaurant, you immediately forget its suburban, commercial surroundings thanks to its smart, elegant and modern dining rooms furnished with large, well-spaced tables. In the evening, chef Uroš Fakuč makes his way around the tables explaining the dishes to his guests in a friendly, relaxed manner. These dishes reflect the chef’s generous character; they aim to please and are memorable for their flavour rather than their originality, while the chef’s talent is showcased on tasting menus with a focus on fish, both freshwater species from the Soca valley and saltwater varieties from the Adriatic.
