Tucked away in a cul-de-sac, this sushi bar is invariably packed to the seams (booking highly recommended). The chef at the helm, sushi champion of France, trained in several of chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s establishments, no less. Impeccably cooked rice, moist tender chicken, melt-in-the-mouth salmon, juicy red tuna, firm seabass, spicy miso sauce dusted with fresh garden herbs, last-minute grated wasabi and a knockout selection of sakés (the sommelier and partner knows his business). The omakase menu features a festival of flavours for a fine dining experience that can be adapted to suit the appetites and wallets of everyone.
